The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and Hamas commander Mohammed Deif. More than 120 countries that are part of the ICC are obliged to enforce the arrest warrants, but are they prepared to act? Al Jazeera’s Virginia Pietromachi explains.
