The Durban Magistrate’s Court has denied bail to two of the five men accused of the murders of renowned rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and celebrated chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane. In delivering her ruling, Magistrate Thandeka Ndlovu said:
“Looking at the totality of evidence, which is the findings of this court, this court cannot and should not assist the applicant. The facts presented before this court are either not new or they should not be entertained for the applicant to be released on bail.”
